In cases of suspected fraud, balances may be withheld pending investigation.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting mmy customer support. Any available balance at the time of closure (subject to no outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned through your usual withdrawal method in PKR. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time through your account area. The available balance for withdrawal excludes any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements and any balance under security review.
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other methods available at the time of request.
